Application Fee Refund:

• In the case of a visa refusal or other exceptional circumstances, 60% of the application fee will be refunded.
• The remaining 40% is non-refundable and covers payment gateway costs and other administrative expenses.

Cancellation Policy:

• Participants must notify the organizing committee in writing at least 30 days prior to the event start date (by January 24, 2024) to be eligible for a refund.
• Notifications after this deadline will result in forfeiture of the refund.

Refunds for Event Cancellation:

• If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a 75% refund of any fees paid directly to the organizers, excluding the non-refundable portion of the application fee.

No Refunds for Personal Reasons:

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons, including travel issues, health concerns, or scheduling conflicts.

Participant Responsibility:

• Participants are responsible for their own hotel, accommodation, transportation, and feeding expenses. The fellowship does not cover these costs, and no refunds will be provided for these expenses under any circumstances.

Refund Processing:

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice and issued to the original payment method used during registration.
